It is because Management considers that natural and serene surroundings are essential for comfortable family living, especially now a days, when per head living space is getting narrowed day by day.
The Society is managed by a nine member Managing Committee as per bye laws of the Society under the supervision of Cooperative Department of Punjab Govt. Present Managing Committee was elected for three years during April 2019. Society office is run by a highly successful team of professionals. Accounts of the Society are regularly audited each year by any Chartered Accountant firm appointed by Registrar Cooperative Societies (The Regulator).
Society’s 703-acre land is in a consolidated form with secured possession under an efficient team. It is at a prime location on Bedian Road and adjacent to DHA. It was due to its location that proposal of Society’s merger with DHA took some shape but finally could not be materialized. Anyhow, the Society is in the process of planning its housing scheme.

The Society management strives to develop a project in accordance with the latest trends and highest standards of town planning, engineering designing and construction. To transform this dream into reality, services of highly qualified and experienced engineers, town planners and project consultants are required. Therefore, after inviting applications through press, M/s MMP have been selected as consultant, out of high-profile companies, in a transparent way. They have prepared layout plan of our scheme which will be submitted to LDA for approval after we get planning permission, for which we have already applied to this Authority. After the approval of layout plan, plots will be allotted to the members through ballot and development work will start. We have also started process of selecting contractor/developer for our housing scheme through a transparent process as guided by Registrar Cooperative Societies.
